The music scene of Hillsboro, Oregon produced a number of good acts in the late 90's. Tibanna (at one point was called "Mindset") was determined to make it big and decided to fund their album themselves, taking the band to a fancy-smancy New York studio with all the trimmings. Unfortunately time ran out and the LP became an EP.
The result is Brothers and Soldiers, a pretty solid sampling of the band's music. "Bomb Shell" and "Keeping Up" are two of the outstanding tracks from the album.
The band broke up in 2001.
